My research mainly focuses on jobseekers' behavior with a specific interest in the influence of their beliefs.
Aurélien Frot is a PhD candidate at the CREST under the supervision of Bruno Crépon (CREST). He is a member of the partnership between CREST and the french unemployement agency (France Travail) with whom he shares several research projects.
