I am an Assistant Professor in Sociology at ENSAE-CREST. Combining experimental, computational, and qualitative methods, my scholarship investigates how social stratification by race and class becomes spatialized through cultural and economic processes. I pay close attention to the structural changes we face today, from diversifying racial demographics to the advent of digital technology, that fundamentally shapes how people think and make decisions about where to live, work, play, and invest. My research aims to advance our understanding of spatial inequalities by interrogating how powerful actors perceive and evaluate places in
community and market contexts.
